01
Inquiry & Requirement Analysis
The process begins when you send us your project details. To provide an accurate quotation and
feasibility assessment, please provide:
✓
Drawings: 2D (PDF) with tolerances and 3D (STEP/IGES) files.
✓
Material Specifications: Required hardness, density, or specific
alloy standards (e.g., MPIF, JIS).
✓
Quantity: Estimated annual usage (EAU) or batch size.
02
Engineering Evaluation & DFM
Our engineering team reviews your design for Design for Manufacturability
(DFM). We may suggest minor design modifications to optimize the part for the
powder metallurgy process, helping you reduce tooling costs and improve part strength.
03
Quotation & Tooling Development
Once the design is finalized, we provide a formal quotation including tooling costs and unit
prices. Upon approval, we proceed with mold design and fabrication. Our in-house tooling
capabilities ensure precision and faster lead times.
04
Prototyping & Sample Approval
We produce T1 samples for your verification. We provide a full dimensional inspection report
with the samples. Mass production begins only after you have approved the samples.
05
Mass Production & Quality Control
Our ISO 9001 certified production line handles compacting, sintering, sizing, and any necessary
secondary operations (machining, heat treatment, plating). Rigorous QC checks are performed at
every stage.
